Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk (Ha! Eric told me I was nuts, when I bought that egg separator!)
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Melt 3/4 cup butter

In a medium bowl, combine: Flour, Baking Soda, Salt
In a Large bowl, Mix together, until creamy.. Butter, Brown Sugar, White Sugar
Beat into the butter mix.. Vanilla, Egg & Extra Yoke
Slowly, Mix flour into the butter mix until blended, then stir in..
Drop 12 (2 inch) balls of batter onto *prepared baking pans, giving 2-3 inches of space between, and Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees, or until the edges of the cookies start to turn golden brown. Cool on racks and enjoy!
*lightly grease pans, or use sheets of parchment (go for the parchment, it’s alot better)
