Honestly, I really liked this one. Action, Adventure, SciFi, with just a hint of social commentary, Attack the Block is a really enjoyable movie.
The special effects were pretty damned good, the monsters were sufficiently menacing and imaginative.. less is more. The science behind the finale makes sense. The characters were believable. The acting was good. I really have nothing to complain about on this one.
I can’t recommend it for young viewers due to the drugs and vulgarities, but teenagers should be just fine.
