Frank Cross runs a US TV station which is planning a live adaptation of Dickens’ Christmas Carol. Frank’s childhood wasn’t a particularly pleasant one, and so he doesn’t really appreciate the Christmas spirit. With the help of the ghosts of Christmas past, present and future, Frank realises he must change.
This is one of my all time favorite tellings of Dicken’s “A Christmas Carol”. The entire cast worked so well off each other, they couldn’t help but make one of the funniest Christmas Specials of all time.
There’s really not much more to say here, it’s simply a modern (comedic) twist on the classic story, and very well done.
