As an asteroid nears Earth, a man finds himself alone after his wife leaves in a panic. He decides to take a road trip to reunite with his high school sweetheart. Accompanying him is a neighbor who inadvertently puts a wrench in his plan.
Ya know, I’m usually not much for Drama-Comedies (Dramedy), but I really liked this one. It could be Keira and Steve’s chemistry, or perhaps the random things that happen.. I particularly liked the Family Restaurant, where everyone was high on Ecstasy. I think it plays very well, and I would honestly hold a double-feature with These Final Hours for the full spectrum of the event.
