Dracula Untold.. the story you were never meant to hear.. the tale no one wanted to talk about.. every other dracula story is a lie, because this story is the untold truth.. they don’t want to you know this story.. because, despite everything you’ve heard, this movie is a total piece of Craaaaaap.
There’s a reason this movie is “untold”. And that reason is because it’s garbage.
Here is yet another story, rewritten to attempt to promote sympathy for a classic villain. Oh.. he did it for his family, is country, and then set everything to rights by the end.. No.. fuck you. It’s like trying to make out Lucifer to be a secret super hero who goes around saving babies and rescuing kittens out of trees.
No.. if there is one legitimate classic baddass in the supernatural world of classic horror.. the grand daddy of them all.. IS.. Dracula, and no amount of fluff is going to change that. Romanticize him, yes.. “Bram Stoker’s Dracula (1992)” was actually pretty damned awesome. Tell the tale of romance, but lets not forget who the beast is.
Vlad Tepes needed no vampyric forces to defeat the Turks.. the man, in real life, was a walking demon, who impaled his enemies into a forest of the dead as a warning to those who would come next. I’m sorry, but this movie actually pissed me off.
