This is a very 80’s horror comedy. Stereotypical douche-bag frat boys, the outcast nerd trying to win the heart of a sorority girl (who’s the girlfriend of the head douche-bag frat boys), the cop who’s spouting quick one-liners.. brief nudity and.. a flamethrower.. Yes, this movie has it all.
I’ve got good news and bad news.. The good news is, your dates are here. The bad news is, they’re dead.
I like it, it’s just fun to watch. Acting isn’t bad, the effects are pretty good, even by today’s standards – sure, there are a few scenes that just defy logic, but what do you expect? You couldn’t make a horror comedy without some “Are you kidding??” moments.
Though it was impossible to find, when I first got it.. Amazon seems to have it now, and you can rent it on Netflix or watch on Youtube.
