Pumpkin Cake


  • 15 oz Pumpkin Puree (pie filling)
  • 2 Cups White Sugar
  • 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

In a Large Bowl, Combine: Pumpkin, Sugar, Oil, Eggs

In a Medium Bowl, combine: Flour, Baking Soda, Cinnamon, Salt

    Mix Flour mix into the Pumpkin Mix, Blending until smooth.  Pour into two, lightly greased, 9 inch round pans.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes (depending on your oven). or until a toothpick comes out clean.  Freeze before frosting.
